What You Need to Know
Confirm that you are traveling on the Point Judith Traditional Ferry
There are no e-bike rentals once you reach Block Island so you must pick them up before you board the ferry to the island. The high-speed ferry is not currently able to bring any of our bikes across. Plan to arrive roughly 45 minutes to an hour in advance of ferry departure.
Understand the parking situation
Due to the high demand for spots during the summer months, we cannot guarantee parking availability. However, there are several public and private lots available in the area for your convenience. Expect to pay between $10 and $20 per calendar day. After you park, walk over to the shop at 235 Sand Hill Cove Road and we'll get you set up on your bikes. If you have trouble navigating or would like more information do not hesitate to reach out for more detailed directions!
Roughly calculate your "bike inseam length"
Your "bike inseam" -- or inside leg length -- is the distance between your body where it sits on your bike saddle and the ground. This will typically be an inch or two longer than the length of your pants, but you'll want to measure to be sure.
To qualify for an electric bike rental - your bike inseam length measurement must be at least 26 inches
